The site is part brownfield, in a sustainable location outside the Greenbelt and will deliver both market housing and affordable dwellings for local people.

HSL, in partnership with Eckersley, are now marketing a site in Preston. The site has outline approval for 97 dwellings in a very attractive village location and offers an exceptional development opportunity.
