Stephen has over 25 years' experience in commercial and residential property. He has been involved in all the major city centre property
developments in Manchester including Barborolli Square, Spinningfields and Havelock Mills.
Stephen is amongst the elite of development lawyers having advised a number of the North west's leading property developers and house
builders.
Paul is a Chartered Town Planner with over 12 years' experience in UK strategic land which ranges from acquisitions to providing strategic planning advice for a wide range of interests including national house builders, key pension funds, investment companies and individual land owners. He has a demonstrable track record of securing planning consents on a range of sites from small scale developments to large scale urban extensions across England. At HSL, Paul is responsible for securing both 'immediate' and 'strategic' land acquisitions across the UK and under his direction ensuring successful outcomes are achieved across HSL's land portfolio.
With over 30 years of experience in leading planning and development delivery teams across all property sectors, most recently at Board Director level in one of the largest volume divisions of Barratt Homes, Jeremy has successfully completed many significant residential, retail, leisure, commercial and industrial projects. As Director, Special Projects, he is closely involved with landowners, agents, consultants and our in house teams in growing the operations of the Hollins Strategic Land and Hollins Homes businesses through targeted planning promotions, land acquisitions and disposals.
Christian is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute with over 8 years’ experience in strategic land promotion countrywide from large urban extensions to small sites in village locations. Christian has a lead holistic role involving the planning and financial appraisal of new land opportunities, acquisition, hands-on management of projects through the planning system at the local level and at appeal, landowner liaison and land disposals. Christian has overseen the success of a number of projects from initial acquisition to obtaining planning consent through to selling the land. He also dabbles in some of the company’s design work which allows him to somewhat satisfy his creative itch and in his spare time enjoys Manchester’s live music scene.
Matthew is a chartered town planner with over 9 years’ experience. As Planning Manager, he takes the lead role on the management of HSL planning applications
and promoting sites through the development plan process.
Before joining HSL in 2015, Matthew was an Associate at Sedgwick Associates, a planning consultancy based in Bolton. In that role, Matthew provided a comprehensive
range of planning advice across a variety of sectors and covered the entire development life cycle, from long-term strategic land promotions through to the
completion of the development.
