In partnership with Story Homes, reserved matters approval has been successfully secured from Fylde
Borough Council with planning approval for 170 new homes in Dowbridge, Kirkham. The development
includes a mix of one-bedroom to five-bedroom properties, with 30% being affordable. As part of the
plans, a contribution of over £1m for the provision of local school places, £15,000 towards
pedestrian and cycle improvements at Kirkham and Wesham train station and £170,000 towards
sustainable public transport improvements in the local area.
