HSL has secured a 6.4 acre site in the village of Semington, Wiltshire situated 2 miles south of Melksham and 3 miles north east of Trowbridge. The village itself benefits from services including a primary school, sports facilities, a village hall, a church and a social club. The site is on a bus route which runs to the urban areas of Chippenham, Melksham, Trowbridge and Frome. Melksham train station is in close proximity of the site and provides services to Swindon and Westbury. The location of the site is therefore highly sustainable for residential development.
