HSL has submitted a planning application for the development of a large site to the north of Bury in Greater Manchester. The vision aims to deliver a mix of up to 350 new homes including 40% affordable homes, a local retail centre, a business and employment park and extensive areas of publicly accessible greenspace in what is a highly sustainable and accessible location off the A56.
