Wheelock, Sandbach

Scale: 3 acres, 41 units

HSL secured the multi ownership Greenfield site located south of Sandbach. HSL submitted and were successful in achieving an outline planning consent on this Greenfield site which included provision of affordable housing. In June 2010 Hollins Strategic Land and Taylor Wimpey submitted a reserved matters application which was approved in September 2010. The housing development is currently under construction.
