Hollins Srategic Land have secured this highly sustainable multi-ownership urban site on the periphery of Bolton Town Centre. To bring forward this site HSL had to overcome a number of technical and land ownership issues typical of urban infill sites. This site was previously identified by the Government "City Challenge" scheme as an appropriate location for family housing.

An outline planning application has been approved for up to 22 units, comprising a mix of 2 and 3 bed mews, semi-detached and detached dwellings. The scheme will provide public realm enhancements in the form of additional community parking and significant enhancements to the adopted highway. HSL's promotion of the land has resulted in the site being put forward as a proposed housing allocation in the authority’s emerging site allocations consultation.
