HSL has submitted an outline planning for up to 48 dwellings on land off Hoyles Lane in Preston.

HSL have secured a resolution to grant planning permission subject to a S106 agreement from Wyre Council on our outline application for 130 dwellings at Kepple Lane in Garstang.

Shropshire Council has resolved to grant planning permission for HSL’s outline application for up to 57 dwellings on a site off Chester Road, Whitchurch.

HSL has obtained outline planning permission from Charnwood Borough Council for 270 dwellings and open space provision on land off Hathern Road, Shepshed, Leicestershire.

HSL has submitted an outline planning application to Wiltshire Council for up to 41 dwellings on land east of Oxford Road, Calne.

HSL are pleased to announce the submission of an outline application for the Eastway Hub – a new community hub in North Preston comprising of community use units, a food store with ancillary uses, a family pub, a restaurant and units for shops and a café. The Eastway Hub will also provide transport contributions, footways and cycleways, a pedestrian crossing, and an attractive public realm.

An outline planning application has also been submitted to Cheshire West and Chester Council for up to 100 units in a sustainable location in Tarporley.
