Scale: up to 25 dwellings

Hollins Strategic Land has submitted an application for up to 25 dwellings on a sustainably located site in Adlington town centre, falling within Chorley Borough Council. This site will provide a mix of market and affordable dwellings aimed at meeting the local housing requirement.

The scheme has been designed to protect and enhance the ecological assets on site, maintaining hedgerows were possible and providing native planting in the on site open space areas.
